Taryn Millirons

Taryn Millirons started her career at Ernst & Young, Inc. in their assurance practice in 2013, after receiving her BCom Honors in Chartered Accounting from the University of Johannesburg. She went on to achieve her Chartered Accountant qualification in South Africa 2015. In 2018, she joined the Real Estate assurance practice at Ernst & Young, LLP in Atlanta and achieved her Georgia CPA in 2021. During her time at E&Y she advised both publicly listed and privately held clients across a number of industries including Real Estate Owners and Operators, Home Builders and Developers, Real Estate management companies, Banking, Life Sciences, Retail and Consumer Products. As a Senior Manager Taryn’s primary focus was on GAAP Accounting, and transactions such as asset acquisitions, purchase price allocations, fair value accounting, business combinations, goodwill and intangible asset impairment, preferred return and promote structuring, lease implementation and SOX 404 control compliance. With 12 years of specialized assurance experience and team leadership skills, Taryn Millirons joined the Laseter Development Group team in 2025 as VP of Accounting.
