Stuart Wiggins brings over 25 years of experience in operations and project management, with a career rooted in land development and real estate services. He began his professional journey with Eagle Real Estate Group in Atlanta, specializing in NPDES monitoring and project maintenance. While earning his BBA in Management with a focus on Small Business and Entrepreneurship from Georgia Southern University, Stuart also served as project manager for Talon’s Lake Management, overseeing leasing, maintenance, and marketing for the Talon’s Lake student housing community.

He went on to serve as a partner at Woodland Asset Management, where he managed over 10,000 vacant developed lots (VDLs) throughout North Georgia over a span of seven years. In 2017, Stuart co-founded Evergreen Development and Evergreen Real Estate Services alongside his brother-in-law, Adam Baker. Since then, they have grown Evergreen into a trusted land development consulting firm serving builders, contractors, and investors across the Southeastern United States.

Stuart Wiggins resides in Bartow County with his wife Melissa and is a proud father of three children.
