Sean Morris is a seasoned construction executive with over 20 years of experience in residential construction. Known for delivering operational excellence across preconstruction, procurement, and field execution, he brings deep expertise in construction planning, cost estimating, and on-site project management.

Sean has played a key role in sourcing and negotiating Build-to-Rent (BTR) fee-build opportunities, successfully guiding projects from concept through completion. His strong relationships with developers, capital partners, and trade networks have driven repeat business and expanded strategic partnerships.

As a senior leader, Sean Morris collaborates closely with executive teams to drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and scale.  Sean currently serves as the Vice President of Fee Build for Laseter Development Group.
