Ryan Steen graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BSBA in Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to joining Georgia Capital in 2021, he worked for Jamestown, a private equity real estate investment firm headquartered in Atlanta. Ryan spent over six years in the Asset Management department, working on 10.5M SF total of office, retail, and mixed-use assets across a variety of markets. Ryan Steen currently leads the Asset Management department at Laseter Development Group. He guides projects from capitalization through construction, lease-up and stabilization. The department is responsible for aligning internal LDG teams and partners to maximize project performance.
