Mitch Trawick is a seasoned construction executive with over 26 years of experience in leadership and operations within the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations in Nashville, Mitch is instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Prior to joining Paran homes, Mitch held significant positions including Regional Director of Homebuilding Operations at Epcon Communities and Vice President of Construction at Drees Custom Homes. At Drees, he led a high-performing team that constructed over 200 homes annually, managed a $150 million budget, and maintained a customer satisfaction rate of 95%. His leadership was recognized with the “Builder of the Year” award five times in Nashville.

Mitch Trawick’s career began as a General Contractor, where he honed his skills in project management and team leadership. He has a strong track record of building and leading teams, managing substantial budgets, and implementing safety protocols to ensure quality and efficiency.
