Kendall King leads the company’s acquisition and development platform across high-growth U.S. markets. He brings a disciplined approach to identifying and structuring investment opportunities that align with the company’s long-term objectives. Kendall is a member of the Laseter Development Board of Directors.

Prior to Laseter Development Group, Kendall worked with Whit Marshall at Georgia Capital and Paran Homes. Over a 10-year span, he led various strategic business initiatives including the company’s first programmatic build-to-rent development joint venture with JP Morgan.

Kendall graduated from the University of Georgia and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
